Our services
Math Tutoring
At Missouri STEM Studio, we specialize in tutoring a focused range of high-demand STEM subjects. In mathematics, I offer support from Algebra I and II through Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and all levels of Calculus — including Calculus AB/BC and college-level Calculus I–III. I also work with students on more advanced topics such as Differential Equations and Linear Algebra.
Coding
If you're looking to build your coding skills, I also offer Python programming instruction, tailored for beginners as well as those applying Python to physics, engineering, or data analysis. This includes experience with Jupyter Notebooks and core scientific libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib.
Physics
In physics, I tutor everything from high school-level courses (including AP Physics 1, 2, and C) to university-level physics, covering core areas like mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and engineering physics. For students seeking additional depth, I also provide guidance in specialized topics such as thermodynamics and optics.
“Dr. Kessler explained things in a way that finally made sense. I went from dreading physics to actually enjoying it — and my grade jumped a full letter. I only wish I had started tutoring with him sooner.”
— Alex R., College Sophomore

Session Types & Rates
Every student is different, so Missouri STEM Studio offers a flexible range of session options designed to meet your schedule, budget, and academic needs.
The Standard 60-minute session is ideal for focused problem-solving, homework help, or preparing for an upcoming exam. For students looking to go deeper into a topic or work through more complex material, the 90-minute Extended Deep Dive offers a longer format with plenty of time for explanation, practice, and review.
Students who prefer regular weekly support can opt for a 4-hour Monthly Package, which offers scheduling flexibility and a discount for committed learners. I also offer custom coaching plans for long-term academic development, competitive exam prep, or guided project work — perfect for students with specific goals or unique learning paths.
